Devon Musselman, Director, Administration

Devon first joined the CEXEC team in 2007 as an experienced Human Resources practitioner. His 30+ years of experience in the Federal Government arena have exposed him to all aspects of running a business within the Federal Government framework. After a four-year hiatus with Accenture Federal Services, Devon returned to CEXEC in 2014 as our Chief of Business Operations where he was responsible for leading, managing and improving all aspects of the CEXEC corporate business operations environment. Currently Devon applies his operational leadership as our Chief of Business Administration whose primary focus is to oversee and support a broad spectrum of critical organizational functions to include: Human Resources, Recruiting, Business Development and Proposals, Program Management, Budgets and Pricing, Marketing, Business Communications, Quality Initiatives, Information Technology, and Company Facilities.

Devon received his undergraduate degree from George Mason University and quickly transitioned into Business Management where he has excelled ever since. Starting out in Training Development and Human Resources Management, Devon progressed quickly through the management ranks within the government and defense services sector, particularly in the areas of Professional Services and Information Technology. Devon was nominated by his peers for an industry Leadership Award sponsored by Leadership Awards of Greater Washington and the Washington Business Journal, which recognizes executives for outstanding contributions to their organizations. Further recognized for his contributions, Devon was nominated by his fellow employees at CEXEC and received a coveted award that is only given out to a select few employees each year.

Devon continues to leverage his extensive leadership and communication skills as our Chief of Business Administration here at CEXEC. His unique ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, team partners, and all levels within organizations makes him a valuable team player among all the staff. As a key member of the leadership staff, Devon is an invaluable asset to CEXEC.
