CEXEC's Employee Health Plan 

All full-time employees of CEXEC are eligible to participate in CEXEC's Employee Health Plan. Plan costs are shared by the employees and the company.


If you participate in the health plan you may also be eligible to participate in a Health Savings Account. CEXEC contributes a specified amount into your account each pay period, plus you can contribute pre-tax dollars for use toward medical expenses.


CEXEC's Employee Dental Plan is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).


CEXEC employee medical and dental contributions are paid with pre-tax dollars through the Section 125 Flexible Benefits Plan.

Flexible Benefits Plan

The Flexible Benefits Plan allows you to defer pre-tax dollars for contribution to Medical Reimbursement and/or Dependent Care accounts. 

Life and AD&D Insurance

Life insurance coverage is provided at no cost to you, effective on your date of hire. Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is also provided.

Annual Leave Accrual

Annual leave for all full-time employees may be used for any time away from work (vacation, illness, appointments, etc.). Accrual occurs each pay period to increase your leave for annual totals.


CEXEC observes 10 holidays that are currently the same as the Federal Government. All full-time employees are eligible.

Leave Carryover

CEXEC offers a generous leave carryover at the end of the year.

The Employee Referral Program offers cash rewards for referring job candidates who are hired and retained by CEXEC.
