Weston Rhodes is President and CEO of CEXEC, Inc. He envisions a services company focused on continuous process improvement and brand quality, supporting and challenging CEXEC managers and employees to constantly excel and exceed client satisfaction and business targets.

Weston joined CEXEC in May, 2002, as an IT consultant utilizing his CISCO experience and certifications, and in 2003 was hired as a full-time employee to run business information systems at CEXEC. From 2005 to 2008 he served CEXEC as Director of Administration, bringing under his leadership the CEXEC plant and contracting divisions. In 2009 the Human Resources division of CEXEC was brought under his leadership as well, and Weston was promoted to Vice President. In 2011, Weston was promoted to his current position as President and CEO.

Weston continues to make strategic and tactical decisions in his current role, using goal-driven outcomes to increase efficiencies and improve performance in all areas of the CEXEC business. His successes and achievements are based on a passion for individual empowerment and recognition. Combining his excellent leadership and team building skills with strong qualifications in corporate planning, business development, cost analysis, operations, strategic planning, and recruiting, Weston has a record of reversing performance declines and achieving significant cost reductions through system redesign and performance enhancement. He is skilled at developing productive partnerships between diverse organizations to achieve objectives often thought out of the reach of a small business.

Weston holds a bachelor's degree from George Mason University, which he received under an Army ROTC scholarship. After George Mason, Weston served with the US Forest Service as a Naturalist Interpreter in the San Isabel National Forest of Colorado, also beginning his active duty Army service. In the Army, Weston served in the Republic of Korea and finished his active duty with the 11th ACR in the Mojave Desert of California. Weston is an active member of his Leesburg community, coaching youth sports and staying active in leading and supporting Youth Ministry.

Weston enjoys the wide open, wild spaces of his native Colorado and tries to get back there whenever he can.
