Gail Parmentier, Chief Financial Officer

Gail Parmentier, CEXEC's Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, is a credentialed Certified Public Account with in-depth skills in all aspects of government contract accounting -- including contract management, cost accounting, taxation, 401k plans, budgeting, and proposal development. After years of experience in audit and tax in public accounting, she joined CEXEC in 1992. Gail guides and manages a financial team that is expert in using Deltek's CostPoint accounting system, ensuring that CEXEC provides its clients, business partners, and employees top-notch services characterized by innovation, integrity, and excellence. She enjoys taking an active role representing CEXEC in a wide range of professional and client-related forums, including the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA).

Gail is very active in public service. She has served since 1998 as the Treasurer of Our Lady of Good Counsel (OLGC) St. Vincent de Paul Society in Vienna, Virginia, and also served for six years on OLGC's Finance Council, where she helped guide their multi-million-dollar church and school finances.

Born and raised in New York City, Gail holds a BA from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY, an MA from California State University, and accounting credentials from the University of Virginia. She loves to dance, a skill developed during her NCAA cheerleader days, and is a dedicated power walker who never misses a day of exercise.  First-generation Irish, Gail holds dual citizenship in the United States and Ireland.  Along with her husband, Michael, she enjoys traveling both within the United States and abroad, and spending time at the ocean in Vero Beach, Florida.
