Ray Huber, Contracts and Financial Services

Ray grew up as an Army Brat living in Germany, Okinawa, Kansas, California, New Jersey, and Tehran, Iran. He is a graduate of Almeda University as well as a multiple graduate of the Army’s Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA for Mandarin Chinese and Korean languages as well as the Foreign Services Institute’s French language training program. Ray used his language abilities to serve as an interpreter/translator and voice intercept operator, and also while engaged in his diplomatic role as the Assistant Army Attaché in Yaounde, Cameroon. Ray retired from the Army after serving 21 years with his final assignment in support of the Defense Attaché Office, Helsinki, Finland. With additional postings in Thailand, Korea, Nigeria and Japan, Ray has seen quite a bit of the world. Ray joined CEXEC in 1995 where he currently serves as the Program Manager for the FAA Telecommunications Infrastructure (FTI) Program providing managerial oversight of both acquisition and financial support to one of the FAA’s largest contracts. Ray has also provided his leadership and program management skills while overseeing contracts with the Fish and Wildlife, DC City Government, and Department of Commerce over the years.

Ray is an avid golfer, enjoys saltwater fishing, cooking for family and friends, trips to Assateague Island during the summer months, and especially enjoys spending all his free time with his beautiful wife Jan.
