Phil Beliveau, FAA Programs and Services
Phil grew up in Natick, Massachusetts. He attended Boston College, and graduated from West Point in 1971 and the Naval Postgraduate School in 1980 with a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. After serving 22 years in the Army Signal Corps in various Infantry and Armored Divisions, and after “retiring” from the White House Military Office, Phil joined CEXEC in 1993. He currently serves as the Director for FAA Programs and Services and Project Manager for CEXEC support to the FAA’s Voice Switching and Recording Program Organization. He provides managerial direction to support planned procurements of state-of-the-art equipment systems to meet expanding air traffic requirements and the replacement of aging equipment systems. Over the years he has supported a wide variety of FAA acquisitions providing communications, automation, and telecommunications services, and he supported the fielding of voice switches and voice recorders to Air Traffic facilities worldwide.
Phil is an avid Red Sox fan, enjoys fishing and practically any indoor or outdoor sport, and can often be found on Cape Cod during the spring, summer and fall months with his wife, Ce, and any number of grandchildren.
