Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS)

The CEXEC MOBIS Contract, number GS-10F-0028U, has a period of performance through October 2012, with options through year 2027.  The CEXEC MOBIS contract offers a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency's performance in their endeavor to meet mission goals.  The MOBIS schedule is open to all federal agencies.

Services include consulting services, technical assistance and project design, process modeling, organizational and risk assessments and development, strategic planning and analysis, program audits, leadership systems, performance monitoring and analysis, electronic workflow/EDI, change management, transition planning, and data management.

CEXEC possesses the necessary expertise to facilitate how the federal government responds to a continuous stream of new mandates and evolutionary influences including the President's Management Agenda, Government Performance and Results Act, Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act, OMB Circular A-76, Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act, and government reinvention initiatives such as benchmarking and streamlining.

CEXEC employs and retains personnel with deep experience and knowledge relevant to MOBIS services.  These professionals utilize performance-based metric development, benchmarking, and strategic planning as tools to add value to our customer base.  CEXEC considers both internal and external factors, such as efficiency, risk, operational continuity, and customer satisfaction, all critical components of decision-making.  The CEXEC service mandate is to always analyze our client's customer satisfaction for effective resource utilization.
