Job Description: A proven leader experienced in directing multi-functional teams and managing multi-million dollar programs for the public sector. The successful candidate will be a top-performing capture management executive providing leadership, cross-functional expertise, and business acumen in planning and directing new business engagements. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and leverage key relationships in client government agencies are required. A recognized expert program manager who consistently delivers programs, projects and services on time and on budget. Understands the dynamic of organizational cultures and works within that framework to motivate cross-functional teams in the performance of program goals.
